Return & Refund Policy

At Tridosh Herbals, we stand by the quality of our Ayurvedic products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

General Returns (Unopened): You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all seals, labels, and tags intact.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For damaged or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory to process the claim.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, we cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been opened or used.

Products with broken safety seals.

Items purchased during "Final Sale" or promotional clearance events.

4. Return Process

Initiate: Contact us at support@tridoshherbals.com or WhatsApp +91 9887897624 with your Order ID and photos/videos of the issue.

Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (available in select pin codes).

Self-Ship: If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon verification of a valid defect.

5. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked to provide bank details for a manual transfer.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team.
