Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturdays will be processed on the following Monday.

2. Shipping Costs &Free Shipping

    Standard Shipping: Flat rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.

    Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders (Prepaid) across India. For COD orders, a nominal handling fee may apply as displayed during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable couriers like BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post.

    Metros & Major Cities: 3–5 business days.

    Rest of India: 5–8 business days.

    Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or logistics delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Order Tracking & Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please notify us within 24 hours. We are not responsible for damages or misplacement post-delivery.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

7. Address Changes

Changes to the delivery address are only permitted before the order is dispatched.
